MA35D1 is a 64-bit Cortex-A35 core based on ARMv8-A architecture and equipped with a Cortex-M4 microprocessor to meet the requirements of high efficiency and real-time control.
Secure and Trusted System
MA35D1 series is a trusted system that meets the security requirements of IoT products.
It includes advanced security mechanisms such as Nuvoton TSI (Trusted Secure Island), an independent secure hardware unit, TrustZone, secure boot, tamper detection,
built-in AES, SHA, ECC, RSA, and SM2/3/4 encryption/decryption accelerators, a true random number generator (TRNG), and key storage (Key Store) and one-time programmable memory (OTP memory).
All security-related operations are performed in the TSI, protecting sensitive and high-value data. These security features also meet the requirements for IEC 62443 certification.
Fully Exposed Pins
4×CAN-FD, 17×UART, 2×Ethernet, 8×ADC, and other pins were fully brought out, ensuring the flexibility and expandability of the SoM to meet the diverse functional needs of different products in various fields.
Compact Size for Various Environments
LCC+LGA package, measuring only 48mm×40mm, with a total of 260 pins exposed.
