FET62xx-C System on Module Based on TI AM62x series
The FET62xx-C is a cost efficient and advanced performance System on Module (SoM) based on TI Sitara. AM62x series industrial grade SoCs powered by ARM Cortex-A53 cores with speed up to 1.4GHz. It's integrated with a wide array of interfaces such as dual Gigabit Ethernet ports enabled with TSN, USB 2.0, LVDS, RGB parallel, UART, OSPI, CAN-FD, Camera and Audio.
The SoM is designed with four ultra thin connectors on its back for mating with carrier board and the combined height is only 2mm, which is convenient for plug operations and maintenance. All functional pins are available on a compact layout, which is much convenient for users to do development work and all components on it are industrial grade with operating temperature ranges from -40℃ to +85℃.

FET62xx-C SoM is powered by TI Sitara Cortex-A53 features AM62 series processors with running speeds up to 1.4GHz
and various peripheral interfaces such as Ethernet with TSN, USB2.0, LVDS, RGB parallel, UART, OSPI, CAN-FD, camera, audio, etc.
FET62xx-C is compatible with single core AM6231, dual-core AM6232 and quad-core AM6254 pin2pin, providing maximum scalability to users.

FET62xx-C SoM support two display controllers with different output. Exclusively, it is capable of simultaneously driving three displays.
