Baoding Forlinx Embedded Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Foxlinx") produces or develops products, technologies and/or software (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Foxlinx Items") that may be subject to export control regulations (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Export Control Regulations") applicable to the United Nations, China, the United States of America, the European Union, and other countries. In order to comply with the applicable export control regulations of the United Nations, China, the United States, the European Union and other countries (collectively, the "Export Control Regulations"), Forlinx makes the following statement:

1. Forlinx does not permit Forlinx's customers to sell, transfer, export, re-export or transport, directly or indirectly, Forlinx Items to countries or regions that are embargoed or sanctioned under the Export Control Regulations (which countries or regions are subject to change based on updates or revisions to the Export Control Regulations);

2. Forlinx is not a military end-user and Forlinx's customers are prohibited from selling, transferring, exporting, re-exporting, directly or indirectly, all or any part of Forlinx's items to military end-users, military intelligence end-users, and other entities/individuals whose transactions are prohibited or restricted by the Export Control Regulations;

3. Forlinx will only use Forlinx Items for civilian commercial purposes, and Forlinx's customers are also prohibited from using the Forlinx Items for any military end-use, WMD proliferation related products or applications (including but not limited to nuclear weapons, missiles, rocket systems, unmanned aerial vehicles, biological and chemical weapons);

4. If Forlinx has reasonable grounds to prove that Forlinx's customer has violated this declaration letter, Forlinx will have the right to stop shipment to the customer at any time, and Forlinx's customer is required to defend and clarify Forlinx and indemnify Forlinx against all damages suffered by Forlinx as a result;

5. The Forlinx customer needs to ensure that all information provided to Foxlinx in connection with export and economic sanctions compliance matters, as well as information related to the application and end-use of Forlinx items (if any), is true, accurate and comprehensive;

6. Forlinx's customers are required to comply with any export control regulations that should apply as a result of the purchase or use of Forlinx's items and to cooperate and accept the verification of export control compliance.

7. Once Forlinx's customers sign a purchase contract with Forlinx, they tacitly accept all the terms of this statement.

This statement is valid over the long term and will not be affected by the termination of cooperation between Forlinx and Forlinx's customers.
