FET-D9360-C System on Module Based on SemiDrive D9 Series
FET-D9360-C System on Module(SoM) is developed and designed based on D9-Pro processor, integrating 6 ARM Cortex-A55 high performance cores and 1 ARM Cortex-R5 real-time core. FET-D9360-C adopts 10-layer PCB gold immersion process. FET-D9360-C is 44×65mm ultra-small size and adopts 4×100Pin ultra-thin board-to-board connector with a total of 400 pins, which pin out all the processor function pins. FET-D9360-C System on Module is compatible with a variety of processors of D9 series to meet your high-performance, diversified customization needs.
FET-D9360-C SoM Highlights:

- Connection between SoM and carrier board based on four ultra thin 100-pin connectors, combined height only 1.5mm;

In contrast, SemiDrive D9-Pro adopts 16nm process which significantly improve chip performance and reduce power consumption.

FET-D9360-C SoM is equipped with 2xLVDS and 2xMIPI DSI display interfaces,which can output three display signals at the same time, and support maximum resolution of 2560×1600@60Hz.

dual-screen cash registers, multi-screen advertisement machines, electronic bus stops, self-service kiosks, and industrial HMIs and other scenarios.
