FET527N-C System on Module (SoM) is powered by the Allwinner T527 series high-performance processor, featuring 8 x ARM Cortex-A55 cores, 1 x RISC-V core, and 1x DSP core. It includes an NPU with 2TOPS of computing power for AI applications. With a board-to-board connection and pluggable design, installation and maintenance are simplified. Rigorously tested in industrial environments by Forlinx Embedded, it ensures product stability. FET527N-C SoM offers a 10~15 year product longevity program, ensuring continuous supply for your products.
▊ Eight-core High-performance Industrial-grade Chip
T527 series is a new generation of processors developed by Allwinner Technology for industrial applications and other fields. It includes multiple models such as T527 and T527N. This processor integrates 8 x ARM Cortex-A55 high-performance cores with a data processing capability of up to 36.7KDMIPS, along with 1 x RISC-V core and 1 x DSP core. HiFi4 DSP supports heterogeneous audio processing.
▊ New Generation Low-power ARM GPU
T527 series high-performance processor features the new generation ARM G57 MC1 GPU, boasting high memory bandwidth and low power consumption. With a Manhattan benchmark score of up to 14, its overall computing power is approximately 50% higher than that of the G52, offering improved performance.
▊ 2TOPS NPU Computing Power, Supporting INT8/INT16
FET527N-C SoM features a 2TOPS computing power NPU that supports INT8/INT16, mainstream commonly used model frameworks, and 40 different operators such as Conv, Activation, and Pooling, as well as custom operators.
▊ HD Decoding with Display Enhancement
FET527N-C SoM supports H.264 encoding and decoding, H.265 decoding, and up to 4K resolution. It is compatible with RGB, MIPI DSI, LVDS (Dual link), and eDP combinations, supporting dual-screen display of 4K+1080P to meet diverse display requirements in various scenarios.
