FET113i-S System-on-Module (SoM) features the Allwinner T113-i processor, boasting a 1.2GHz main frequency and combining dual-core Cortex-A7 CPU, 64-bit XuanTie C906 RISC-V CPU, and DSP. It delivers robust computing power, versatile multimedia capabilities, and ample interface options. With a durable stamp hole design maximizing processor core accessibility, it’s an ideal cost-effective solution for industrial, power, and transportation sectors.

Unlike the T113-S3, the T113-i from Allwinner Technology is an industrial-grade processor, operating at temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃, with flexible memory expansion and a 1.2GHz main frequency, suitable for most industrial performance needs.
▊ ARM+RISC-V+DSP, Multi-core Simultaneous Operation
FET113i-S SoM supports software-controlled activation and deactivation of cores, enabling simultaneous operation of A7, RISC-V, and DSP cores. DSP is for multimedia and digital signal processing, while RISC-V suits high real-time performance, offering versatile usage.

T113 excels in multimedia capabilities, supporting H.265 (4K@30fps), MPEG-4 (1080p@60fps), and JPEG (1080p@60fps) decoding, as well as JPEG/MJPEG (1080p@60fps) encoding. It offers rich interface options, including 8-bit parallel CSI and CVBS video inputs, and CVBS, RGB, dual-channel LVDS, and four-channel MIPI DSI video outputs. With DSP support, it suits audio applications too.
